Warranty Policy

Sanko is committed to ensuring product quality and after-sales service, aiming to provide customers with a secure and lasting user experience.

1. Scope of application

This applies to items belonging to modular stainless steel cabinets, Kifeu kitchen equipment, and auxiliary products supplied and installed by Sanko according to the accompanying contract/quotation.

2. Warranty period varies by item

The warranty period begins from the date of acceptance and handover for use.

  • Stainless steel frame and doors: 10 years
  • Sanko hinges/slides: 5 years
  • Kifeu kitchen accessories/appliances: 24 months warranty
  • Franke kitchen appliances/Blum accessories: 36 months (according to manufacturer’s warranty conditions)
  • Accessories: Lighting fixtures, stone, glass, sink faucets, etc. Subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

3. Receiving and processing warranty claims

Warranty claim processing times apply nationwide (Sanko has a network of showrooms and technical support teams across the country).

  • Confirmation of receipt of request: within 24 business hours.
  • Schedule a technical inspection of the current condition: Within 48 working hours (in areas with showrooms/on-site technical teams); in other areas, a maximum of 72 working hours.

Processing time (depending on the complexity of the item):

  • Simple errors/adjustments (alignment of door panels, hinges, drawer slides, etc.): 2-3 business days.
  • Repair/replacement with available parts: 5-7 business days.
  • Need to order components/order from the manufacturer or have them remanufactured: 10-20 business days; Sanko will notify you of the estimated timeframe as soon as the solution is determined.

4. Cases not covered by warranty

Sanko does not apply warranty in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by user error or unauthorized modifications to the structure, or self-repair without guidance from Sanko technicians.
  • The product is out of warranty.
  • The product is deformed due to abnormal environmental conditions/natural disasters.
  • Using the wrong cleaning chemicals can cause surface peeling/discoloration.
  • Avoid using sharp objects, rough materials, or stiff brushes to scrub vigorously when cleaning.

5. Note regarding product samples/supplementary products/warranty products (color and aesthetics)

Sample products, supplementary products, warranty products: The color, surface texture, or design details of the actual product may not be 100% consistent due to lighting, materials, or production batch. Sanko does not apply warranty coverage for discrepancies in color or aesthetic details between the actual product and the reference sample/supplementary product/warranty product.
