Here are the policy details:
1. Delivery scope
This applies to orders in the Southern region.
2. Thời gian giao hàng
Delivery time is within 25 days from the date Sanko receives the first payment (deposit) and the customer confirms approval of the final design drawing (for custom-made/processed orders).
Delivery times may change in the following circumstances:
- Customers who change the design or request modifications after the initial plan has been finalized (the time will be recalculated from the date the new plan is finalized).
- Your construction site is not yet ready for installation (the structural work, electrical and plumbing systems are not yet complete…).
- In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, transportation bans, etc.), Sanko will notify you in writing or via email/phone to reschedule the meeting.
3. Shipping policies and fees
Shipping costs are calculated per delivery, based on the value of the signed order, specifically:

- For shipping costs exceeding the above-mentioned limit, the Company will continue to subsidize the additional amount (applicable until December 31, 2026).
- No additional shipping fees will be charged for issues not caused by the Customer/Showroom.
4. Principles apply
- Shipping costs are determined and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Shipping costs are integrated into the order value to ensure convenience during the quotation and payment process.
- Each delivery is understood as a planned and initially agreed-upon transportation operation.
5. Effect
- This policy will take effect from April 1, 2026.
- This supersedes all previous shipping regulations (if any).
6. Responsibilities of the parties
6.1. Sanko’s responsibilities
- We guarantee that goods arrive to customers in perfect, brand-new condition.
- The installation process must follow proper technical procedures, ensuring both safety and aesthetics.
- Provide customers with instructions on how to use the product and safety precautions after installation is complete.
- Perform basic cleaning of the work area after installation.
6.2. Customer responsibilities
- Appoint a representative to receive the goods and supervise the installation process.
- Carefully check the product’s condition (scratches, dents) before the technician proceeds with installation.
- Sign the “Handover and Acceptance Report” after the technician has completed the work and the machine is operating stably.
